Last week, a strong showing of sector leaders gathered for the annual Te Uru Kahika Plenary. The Plenary was titled Titiro Whakamua/Looking to the Future.
At the core of the keynote presentations were themes around taking a practical, pragmatic approach to make the most of the resources we have. For us, that means focusing on smarter, standardised processes that prioritise delivery, value, and efficiency. Looking ahead, this focus on doing more with less will benefit by being backed by metrics that demonstrate productivity and impact.
We heard from a panel of regional Chief Executives and Te Uru Kahika leaders who advised that within Te Uru Kahika, it’s learning, connection, and continual improvement that drives everything we do.
